Reservation Terms & Conditions
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking has been accepted and payment has been successfully received.
Prices are shown in euros. Additional services such as delivery, collection or panniers are charged only if selected or agreed separately.
e-bike Zagreb reserves the right to refuse, modify or cancel a reservation in the event of technical errors, duplicate bookings, suspected fraud, safety concerns, equipment unavailability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the customer will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of any amount already paid.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Customers may cancel or request a change to their reservation according to the cancellation conditions shown during booking or confirmed by email.
No refund is provided for unused rental time, early return, late arrival, change of personal plans or failure to meet the rental requirements.
If the rental cannot take place due to circumstances attributable to e-bike Zagreb, any amount paid for the affected rental will be refunded or transferred to another date agreed with the customer.
Weather Policy
Normal weather conditions, including light rain, wind, heat or cloudy weather, do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
If weather conditions create a significant safety risk, e-bike Zagreb may cancel or reschedule the rental and offer an alternative date or refund.
Rental Agreement
These Reservation Terms & Conditions apply to the online reservation process.
Before receiving the bicycles, the customer may also be required to sign a separate Rental Agreement governing the actual use of the bicycles, responsibility for the bicycles, damage, theft, loss, traffic violations, accidents, security deposit and other rental-specific matters.
The person entering into the Rental Agreement must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Identification and Security Deposit
A valid identity document may be required when collecting or receiving the bicycles.
Where a security deposit applies, the amount and payment method will be communicated to the customer before the rental is confirmed or before handover of the bicycles.
The security deposit is refundable after the bicycles and supplied equipment have been returned and checked, provided there are no outstanding damages, losses, fines, fees or other liabilities arising from the rental.
Right to Refuse Rental
e-bike Zagreb reserves the right to refuse handover of a bicycle if the customer appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in an unsafe, abusive or threatening manner, is unable to safely operate the bicycle, fails to provide required identification, payment or security deposit, or refuses to accept or sign the applicable Rental Agreement.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for using the bicycle safely, complying with applicable traffic rules and taking reasonable care of the bicycle and supplied equipment during the rental period.
The customer must immediately inform e-bike Zagreb of any accident, theft, damage, malfunction or loss.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed for the purpose of managing reservations, payments, rental agreements, customer communication and legal obligations, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR.
Force Majeure
e-bike Zagreb is not liable for delays, cancellations or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, transport disruption, power outages or other force-majeure events.
Governing Law
These Reservation Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the reservation and selecting “I have read and agree to the Reservation Terms & Conditions”, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that the rental itself may also be governed by a separate Rental Agreement.
